| Uluru is a sacred place to Australia's aboriginal people. They own the rock and feel responsible for all people on and surrounding the rock. The Aboriginals use some of Uluru's many caves for tribal ceremonies and burial chambers. Out of respect for the aboriginal peoples beliefs, we chose not to climb the rock. |
