Out and About Sharon took the train to Venice. She still wanted to explore her favorite city. Patricia went to watch Stefano's soccer match. Lisa went to play volleyball with a friend. Felice went to Sardinia on business. Eduardo was still away horse jumping. Sherry went to the train station to buy a train ticket. With everyone out of the apartment I stretched out and read. Sherry returned emptyhanded. She couldn't get a student discount unless she bought it at a travel agent and on a Sunday they were all closed. Everyone else returned victorious. Sharon enthusiastically reported the sunset over the Grand Canal was fantastic and she had had a splendid day. Those church candles were working! |
