Touched by an Angel

While on my knees
in prayer.
My spirit was awakened,
and freshened by an angel.
Ever so holy, righteous, and
true.
Letting me know just how
much,
our loving Lord and Savior
does care.
Lord Jesus, thank you
for your angel.
That has blessed me with
your message of hope.
In your ultimate love, Lord
Jesus,
nothing will ever compare.
Through my Savior's leading
angel's voice;
I heard Christ's words.
"Trust in me, and follow my ways.
Your reward awaits you, in
heaven above."
My spirit has been touched
by an angel.
Message received! In Jesus Christ
I truly do rejoice.
